The objective of the Community Action Networks was to develop a comprehensive list of solutions to address challenges experienced by children and youth in low-income neighbourhoods at each milestone of development, co-created by service providers and community members most impacted by these challenges.
Collaboratively with my team, we participated in human centred design training and adopted an agile framework to manage the project, with design sprints taking place in six week iterations.
The project was able to engage over 160 stakeholders in over 2,300 hours of solution design activities creating a comprehensive list of 157 solutions categorized into 24 priority areas.
