Ignite Academy

I was the project manager responsible for piloting a new type of after-school program, informed by community consultations, with the purpose of improving educational outcomes for students performing below provincial standards.

I oversaw the implementation of the evaluation plan and coordinated the capturing of KPI's between service providers and the data and evaluation team for the continuous improvement process.

I also initiated and facilitated a Community of Practice to support information sharing and capacity development of serivce providers.
