I was the chair of a youth leadership committee on a federally funded grant project called WE $ucceed, facilitated by WEST of Windsor. We conducted focus groups with other youth to identify barriers to women entering careers where they are traditionally underrepresented.

During the project we launched the first Build a Dream event, which eventually became a national non-profit organizing hosting events across Canada.

I volunteered over 700 hours for this project.
